COMPANY
Credit & Management Systems,
Inc. (CMS) is the leading developer of comprehensive
system solutions for corporate and commercial credit
management. CMSs highly acclaimed Corporate
Credit Manager tm software system is the most powerful
and widely used commercial credit scoring, financial
analysis, risk management, and decision support
system available. Recognized internationally, CMS
is a full service management consulting and software
development firm.
Started in 1985 and incorporated in 1987, CMS was
a single product corporation with its Corporate Credit
Manager (CCM) system. The CCM system had originally
been developed as a financial analysis tool in support
of the commercial lending group at Citicorp. Through
a relationship with the National Association of Credit
Management (NACM), the CCM software evolved into a
more fully integrated, comprehensive credit management
tool kit. The CCM was the first and only exhibitor
at the NACM conference in Washington, DC in 1985.
Since that time, the CCM has been accepted as the
generic name for credit management software, and CMS
has grown to more than 1,500 users worldwide, and
growing. Now CMS has a number of credit & collection
software solutions.
CMS
systems are designed as full Windows-based applications
to accommodate a wide variety of technical environments
- everything from stand-alone workstations, to Local
Area Networks, and through complete Client Server
using Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases, and including
complete Wide Area Network support.
