Bureau van Dijk Electronic Publishing is one of Europe's

detailed data, including financials where available, on over 25,000
public companies and over 5 million private companies. CMS'
Corporate Credit Manager software system can import BvD information
for both financial and non-financial data.
BusinessCreditUSA
The
Corporate Credit Manager software system has the capability
to directly import company
information including management directory, years
in business, sales volume, number of employees, bankruptcy,
liens, judgments, basic credit rating, and corporate
linkage. You don't have to spend as much on a detailed
report for importing application information or for
approving a low line of credit. Information can also
help your collection efforts by helping you gather
information about a company or a key executive.
Command Credit Corporation
Command Credit Corp. (CCC) is a partner with several leading data repositories,
both domestic and international, as a "one stop supplier" of both commercial and consumer
information, providing a high level of customer service in conjunction with potentially
lower costs for credit granting data. CMS and CCC have a partnering agreement to provide
CCC clients with various system platforms for credit management processes and
to provide CMS with third party data alternatives for our clients.
Dun & Bradstreet
The Corporate Credit Manager software system has the
capability to directly import in batch or on-demand
over the Internet which includes account details,
financials, pay history, events, and ratings. Over
30 reports can be pulled in from anywhere in the world
using D&B Integration Toolkit.
Equifax
The Corporate Credit Manager software system, as well as several other CMS products,
can now directly import Equifax report data over the Internet into the CCM database,
including account details, financials, pay history, events and ratings.
Experian
The Corporate Credit Manager software system has the
capability to directly import over the Internet using
NetConnect which includes account details, financials,
pay history, events, and ratings. Data provided leverages
Experian's small business database in addition to
its standard business database.
Moodys
Moody's has some offerings where download
integration is seamless while others do not due to
license and/or technology restrictions. CCM today
can integrate with Moody's Ratings Delivery
Service.
Ratings Delivery Service is a digital feed of Moody's
credit ratings information available. The credit rating
information is provided as a full file of all companies
rated by Moody's. The feed is available for daily
and monthly updates. CCM would be configured to import
the feed without any human intervention.
Otherwise, Moody's Ratings can be manually entered
and automatically translated as part of your scoring
model.
Moodys
KMV
CMS is working with Moody's KMV to incorporate Riskcalc
EDF. EDF measures are actual probabilities of default.
OANDA,
Inc.
Credit
& Management Systems, Inc. has an arrangement
with OANDA, Inc. whereby currency conversion data
for 164 different currencies are provided to CMS,
on behalf of their users. Users can subscribe to have
their currency table updated, either on a request
basis or automatically. A recent update to the Corporate
Credit Manager system provides for complete multi-currency
capability.
PredictiveMetrics
Credit
& Management Systems, Inc. has a strategic alliance with PredictiveMetrics for the purpose of integrating PMI’s Net30Score™, decision support system for commercial accounts receivable portfolio management, directly into CMS’s system offerings, principally the Corporate Credit Manager system. This alliance expands CMS’s credit scoring capabilities, by combining rules based and predictive, scientifically based decision tools, thereby meeting the ever changing more sophisticated needs of CMS’s worldwide client base.
Risk
Management Association (RMA) [also formerly known
as Robert Morris Assoc.]
The Corporate Credit Manager software system is provided
with five years of RMA comparative data, through a
licensing arrangement with RMA. It is the only source
of financial ratio benchmarks derived directly from
more than 150,000 statements of financial institution
borrowers and prospects.
Rundt's Intelligence
Rundt's Intelligence provides country risk ratings which can be incorporated into CCM scoring models.
Standard
& Poor's
Standard and Poor's has some offerings
where exporting into other applications is seamless
while others do not due to license and/or technology
restrictions. CCM today can integrate with the following
S&P products: RatingsDirect, RatingsXpress, and
Research Insight(Compustat).
The Corporate Credit Manager software
system has the capability to directly import corporate
financial statement information from the Compustat
CD product.
RatingsDirect is a Web-based tool where
you gain access to Standard & Poor's database
of public credit ratings and research. Users can set-up
a portfolio with accounts of interest. RatingsXpress
Credit Ratings is a digital feed of Standard &
Poor's credit ratings information available. Research
Insight gives you access to financial data and background
data such.
Otherwise, S&P Ratings can be manually entered

businesses and the national economy. CMS personnel
are frequent presenters at CRF meetings and writers
of articles for CRF publications.

Association of Credit Management (NACM)
All
personnel in Credit & Management Systems, Inc.
are active members of, and supporters of, the activities
of their local NACM affiliates. Several CMS personnel
have been active members of local affiliates Board
of Directors, with one ultimately becoming its Chairman.
