Every
installation of the Corporate
Credit Manager, with few exceptions, will
be performed by a representative of CMS at our client's
site, working in conjunction with our client's IS
personnel. Our reasoning is simple: Your IS personnel
know your environment - network, platforms, etc. -
and we know our software and how to install it. No
installation should be delayed excessively due to
lack of knowledge by either party. That is why we
do our homework up front, and we expect our clients
to do the same. Before our representative even enters
your offices, most of the preliminary discussions
and "learning curve" issues are past. This
approach shortens the process for both parties, regardless
of the platform, can be accomplished in only one-half
day. And because both parties have been involved,
your IS personnel know our environment and we know
yours, thereby shortening the support time requirement
for both parties.
The
experience and knowledgeable staff at CMS lead you every
step of the way through your Corporate Credit Manager
system installation. Our Project Management team works
with you to determine appropriate hardware and software
configurations, to develop data extracts or views between
your in-house systems and your Corporate Credit Manager
database, and to prepare your staff for on-site training.
One of our team members visits you before your training
session to discuss how you wish to segment your database
for reporting, scoring, and credit limit model purposes.
We provide you with examples and discuss with you how
you wish to define your scoring and credit limit models.
