"Link to Full Credit Information Offers Advantages"
Collection Advisor May/June 2006 - Small Office Collection Software Super 6 Award
"...one of the primary strengths of Collection Assistant - its synergy with the CCM (Corporate Credit Manager) application. As part of the
CCM system, Collection Assistant takes full advantage of information from the credit side in fulfilling the collection role. In addition to sharing a common database,
for example, a pattern of slow payments could trigger collection efforts that might otherwise be allowed to degenerat into an unrecoverable debt. With full credit information and history at hand, risk scoring can be incorporated
into the collection strategy as a matter of course"
"CMS' Collection Assistant brings a distinct advantage to the collection effort through its link to the full credit information for all its clients. Overall power and the flexibility
of interactive workflow prioritization make this application especially attractive for agencies and iother companies seeking an integrated credit and collection approach."
